Blood Pressure Diary: Log
Last updated 23 September 2026
Log your readings, hand your doctor one clean page.
Getting help
Write to tarik@rovcanin.dev. A real person reads it, and that person built the app. Say which iPhone you have and what happened, and you will get an answer.
Common questions
Does the app measure my blood pressure?
No. No phone can. You read the numbers off your own monitor and type them in. The app classifies them, keeps the history, and makes the report.
Where are my readings kept?
On your iPhone, and nowhere else. There is no account and no upload.
How do I send the report to my doctor?
Open Report, pick the period, and tap Share PDF. The normal iOS share sheet opens, so you can mail it, message it, print it, or save it to Files.
Why does my reading say stage 1 when another app says normal?
Because the two apps are using different guidelines. American and European cardiology societies draw the lines in different places. You can switch between them in Settings, under Classification, and the whole history reclassifies.
How do I delete a reading?
Press and hold it in History. You get a few seconds to undo.
How do I cancel the subscription?
In the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling keeps every reading you have entered.
I lost my readings.
They live on the device. If you restored a new phone from an iPhone backup they should come back with it. If they did not, write in with what happened, because that would be a bug and I want to know.
