Terms of Use

These terms apply to every app published on this site. They are short on purpose.

Not medical advice

Where an app classifies what you enter, it does so against published clinical guidelines, and it prints the result. That is arithmetic and a lookup table, not a diagnosis. It does not tell you whether to take medication and it does not replace a doctor. Decide nothing about your treatment on the basis of an app alone.

If you feel unwell, or your readings worry you, contact a doctor. In an emergency call your local emergency number.

Your data is yours

What you enter belongs to you. It stays on your device. I claim no ownership of it and have no access to it. See each app's privacy policy for exactly what it stores.

Subscriptions

Some features are part of a paid subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless you turn renewal off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in the Settings app on your iPhone, under your Apple account. Apple handles all billing, and Apple's own terms apply to the payment itself.

Entering your own data, reading your own history and deleting it are free, and stay free. They are never locked behind a subscription.

No warranty

The apps are provided as is. I do my best to make them correct and will fix what is broken, but I cannot promise they are free of faults, and I am not liable for any loss arising from their use, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
