Common questions
Do I need an internet connection?
No. The game plays fully offline. Only buying gems needs a connection.
Are the gem packs a subscription?
No. Each pack is a one-time purchase of gems that you spend in the game. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again.
I paid for gems and they did not arrive.
Close the game completely and open it again. A purchase that was interrupted is delivered on the next start. If the gems still do not show, write in with the date and time of the purchase.
I deleted the game. Can I get my progress back?
Progress is stored on the phone. It comes back if you restore the phone from an iPhone backup that included the game. Without a backup it cannot be recovered, because there is no account and no copy anywhere else.
Can I get back the gems I spent on upgrades?
Yes. In the Workshop, the reset button returns every gem you spent on upgrades, so you can try a different build.
