Privacy Policy

Nest Rush keeps your progress on your device. There is no account, no sign-up, no advertising and no tracking.

What the game stores, and where

Everything below is written to storage on your device and stays there:

• Your progress: unlocked levels, stars, gems, workshop upgrades, goals, and your best endless floor.
• Your settings: sound, music and vibration.
• A short record of your recent games (level, result and time), kept on the phone and never sent anywhere.

This data is not sent to me or to anyone else. It is included in your iPhone backup if you have backups turned on, which is a copy you control through Apple, not through me.

What I collect

Nothing. There is no server on my side, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Nothing about how you play is used to build a profile of you, sold, or shared with anyone.

If you buy gems

Payment is handled by Apple. I never see your card, your name or your Apple account. To confirm a purchase and deliver the gems, the game uses RevenueCat, a service that talks to Apple on my behalf. RevenueCat receives a random identifier the game generates and the receipt Apple issues. It receives nothing about your progress, and it is not tied to your name.

RevenueCat processes this in the United States. Their privacy policy is at revenuecat.com/privacy. They are the only third party the game talks to at all, and only when you buy something.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and it collects nothing from anyone.

Deleting your data

Deleting the game removes all of it from the device. There is no copy anywhere else to delete.

Your rights

Data protection law, including the GDPR, gives you the right to access, correct, export and delete your personal data. The game holds none on any server, and I hold no copy to hand over or erase.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and the version linked from the App Store listing is updated at the same time.
